Even if the user is not subscribed to the news channel, the new rules come into force from the moment they are published in the news channel.

The developer provides only his own tools and by using the functionality of the Android OS seeks to extract and deliver the necessary information to the PayPort Personal Account.
2. The guarantee of notification delivery to the PayPort Personal Account is not provided due to possible failures of system functionality or OS operation on the user's device.
3. A file with diagnostic information is saved on the User's device, containing data on failures and unstable operation of the application. This file is not transmitted automatically and is provided to the developer at the request of the User in case of abnormal situations during the operation of the application.
